Yes, it's happening, we've been given the green light to open our doors. However, our green light is more like a yellow caution light. Here's what we're doing to open our doors and keep everybody as safe and healthy as we can: WE CAN/NEED TO:e 3 guests in the shop at one time (this includes children)
Ask each guest will be asked to wear a mask. The Twisted Team will be wearing masks as well. The Twisted Loop will not be providing masks.
Ask each guest to wash their hands in the Prior Lake Library rest room prior to entering the shop.
Please only handle/touch what you want to purchase... we know that's REALLY hard but we're trying to remain as sanitary as possible.
Maintain social distance. We've re-arranged our shop so there is plenty of room for three people to stay at a distance
We're working on a "emergency help line" of sorts... stay tuned.
Here's what we cannot do (quite yet):
We cannot repair or fix your knitting/crochet
We cannot touch knit/crochet items from outside the shop
We are unable to offer Classes and Open Knitting
Offer returns of merchandise until all restrictions are lifted
This is what has been asked of all retailers so we're following the rules.
We are happy to continue to offer pay-by-phone curbside pick-up and shipping if you prefer.
Thank you for your understanding as we all navigate the ever changing recommendations made by the people who know important COVID-19 stuff. We'll continue to keep you up-to-date on any new developments.
